Homob waterhole near Okaukuejo Restcamp in Etosha National Park

Homob means ‘a place without swarms of locusts’ and is a Hai||om word.

About: Homob is situated close to the edge of the pan. Lions can be spotted resting under the trees from the small parking lot and the animal trails crossing the road to the waterhole allow tourists to view passing game from very close.
