Kalkheuwel waterhole near Namutoni Restcamp in Etosha National Park

The name Kalkheuwel means ‘limestone hill’ in Afrikaans.

About: Kalkheuwel attracts animals resident in the Ngobib Loop just 2km away.

The area features attractive Mopane veld and it is possible to get very close to the game, making it a favourite spot for photographers.
